Unlock the hidden beauty of your existing pavers with a new process that will restore your pavers to their original state. With our new cleaning and sealer technique we’ll give new life to your already existing pavers so they look as good as new!

First, we apply a powerful cleaning agent, then using 200-plus degree high pressurized water, we will remove the sealer coat along dirt, mold and mildew. After your pavers are spotless, we re-sand all of the joints, then we apply the new solvent based sealer with an airless sprayer system that gives a flawless, long lasting protection.

We utilize multiple companies cleaning and sealing products, i.e. Techniseal, SRW Products and Seal ‘N Lock. We use two types of systems to clean pavers and concrete. The first system is Hydro-Tek vacuum recovery surface cleaners. The second system is General Pump Surface Cleaners.

Hot Water power washing charges are 80 cents per sq. ft with a minimum charge of $350

Sealer water based – natural, semi gloss, or gloss (wet look) is 50 cents per sq. ft.

Polymeric jointing sand, tan, or gray is 50 cents per sq. ft. Regular yellow sand is 15 cents per sq. ft.

All cleaning products will be included in the power washing charge for example rust, oil, tar, paint, grease, and rubber.
